1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using RRANDZA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

RRANDZA is a service marketplace connecting clients across Southern Africa — South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Lesotho, Eswatini and Mozambique — with service providers (agents). We facilitate job posting, bidding, and communication but are not a party to any service agreement between users.

3. Agent Verification

All agents must complete identity verification before accessing bidding features. This includes uploading a government-issued ID, proof of address, and a profile photo. Verification is reviewed within 24–48 hours. Agents may not bid, appear in search results, or access client locations until approved.

4. Access Verification Code

When a client accepts a bid, the agent receives a unique verification code. The agent must provide this code to the client, who enters it in the app to verify access. The agent may only enter the client's location after verification is confirmed.

5. Super Agent Subscription

Super Agent is a paid subscription tier (R250/year) offering priority placement, up to 10 categories, and enhanced visibility. Subscriptions are valid for 365 days. Standard Agents are limited to 3 categories. On expiry without renewal, Super Agents revert to Standard with category limits applied.

6. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information, not post misleading jobs or bids, respect other users, and comply with all applicable laws. RRANDZA reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

RRANDZA is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by agents. Transactions are between the client and agent. We recommend reviewing profiles, ratings, and reviews before accepting bids.

8. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your listings, bids, swaps, orders, chats, reviews, invoices, and wallet records. As a fallback, you may also request account deletion by emailing conneckafrika@gmail.com with “Delete Account” and your registered email address.

10. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping

RRANDZA, its platform, links, APIs, UI, code, and data are the proprietary property of RRANDZA (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or create derivative works from the RRANDZA platform, links, APIs, UI, or data. Automated access, bulk extraction, cloning, or redistribution of any RRANDZA content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action. © 2026 RRANDZA (Pty) Ltd.
